Revitalizing a gala fundraiser

The Zoo wanted to create an exciting and newly themed fundraising event in 2024 that would be centered around the concept of travel, while simultaneously highlighting and promoting the Zoo’s important conservation mission. Their primary goal was to retain their current donors and also to attract and gain new ones, expanding their network of support.

We conducted thorough research on other zoos' fundraising events, which provided valuable insights and helped inform the overall creative and research direction for this event. From this exploration, we ultimately decided on developing a highly visual and engaging contemporary collage solution, incorporating various graphic elements that effectively enveloped both the travel theme and the conservation mission we aimed to promote.

As the event’s identity was developed, it was applied across a range of deliverables, including digital and print media campaigns, as well as event collateral tailored to two guest admission tiers.
